KOC University (Turkey: KOCÜniversitesi) is a non-profit private university in Istanbul, Turkey. It began education in a temporary building in İstinye in 1993 and moved to its Rumelifeneri campus near Sarıyer in 2000. According to the 2018 Times Higher Education World University Rankings, Kochi University ranks highest in Turkey.
